Last night before Ahmed lleft for the station Mohammed invited a man to come and answer some questions.  He has a Ph.D. In Egyptology so was the perfect one to answer some questions Ahmad had.  They spoke mostly in Arabic which was fine with me because with my limited knowledge in Egyptology I most likely would have been lost anyway.  

What a special last few hours for Ahmad.

I have been waking at 6 a.m., even without Mr. Rooster's wake up call.  It is lovely and cool.  The birds also love this time  as the full choir usually turns up.
