I said that the government was sending 150 police officers, but in fact they are sending about 900. The majority will be housed on the East Bank and only 150 here.
Security is of utmost importance, especially as they are Christian and also because threats of unrest throughout Egypt have been rumoured for November 11th.
Mohammed said that he will NOT take me anywhere near the festival. He said that with two million or more people I will not be able to get anywhere near the church even if he did take me.
